Hotels
Please be advised that should your initial choice of hotel not be available, Dream Kist Tours reserves the right to substitute the hotel with one in the same category. Where possible, Dream Kist Tours will pre-arrange such substitutions with the client.
Trade Fairs
Special terms and conditions apply at hotels during TRADE FAIRS (details on application). Payment in full is required on confirmation, whereafter no refund or amendment can be made.
Cancellation and Amendment Fees
Cancellation and Amendment Fees are applicable.
Refunds
No refunds or complaints will be resolved unless Dream Kist Tours has been notified within 4 weeks after your stay.
Responsibility
Dream Kist Tours, in making arrangements
such as transportation, conveyance, hotel accommodation,
or any other service, acts as agent only and is not
liable as a principal. Dream Kist Tours shall not be
liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, accident,
delay or inconvenience, howsoever caused, during any
journey, tour, residence or other facility arranged
or booked by the company. In the event of any failure
to make agreed arrangements or bookings, whether such
failure is occasioned by any of its servants, agents,
principals, sub-contractors or otherwise, the company’s
liability shall be limited to the price paid for such
arrangements or bookings.
The travel agent and the client are responsible to check all reservation
details on receipt of the vouchers and shall inform the company
of any discrepancies without delay.
Delays
Dream Kist Tours cannot be held responsible for any delays prior to the client’s arrival/departure whether brought by technical difficulties, strikes, weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Important
Various service providers may impose special terms and conditions regarding deposits, payments, cancellation fees and/or refunds from time to time. All reservations are subject to these additional conditions as indicated on the face of the voucher.
Rates/Exchange rates
Due to currency fluctuations please note that all prices quoted are valid only at the time of printing and are subject to change without prior notice. Only full payment and issuance of relevant documentation at the time of payment will guarantee prices and rates.
Vouchers and Documents
Documentation is only prepared on receipt of the following: full payment, ID document, passport numbers and residential address.
Commission
Travel agent’s commission are payable immediately.
